Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stamped Japan (the "Service"), a restaurant recommendation service operated by Bex International Inc. ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By using the Service, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Listed Restaurant: A restaurant featured on the Service.
• Partner: A third-party restaurant information or reservation platform, such as Tabelog or Retty, that the Service links to as a way of reserving at a Listed Restaurant.

2. Description of the Service

The Service presents restaurant recommendations based on an internally calculated "Local Trust Score," derived from patterns in Japanese-language reviews.

The Local Trust Score is reference information only and does not constitute a guarantee of a restaurant's quality, food, hygiene, or service.

The Service does not make or facilitate reservations on your behalf. To reserve at a Listed Restaurant, use the phone number, map information, or Partner listing the Service links to and complete the reservation directly with the Listed Restaurant or Partner.

The core features of the Service are currently provided to Users free of charge.

3. Partner Links and Referral Compensation

1. Some links on the Service are affiliate links provided under referral agreements between the Company and its Partners.
2. If a User reserves or visits a restaurant after following such a link, the Company may receive a referral fee from the Partner. This does not change the amount the User pays the Partner or the restaurant.
3. The Company has no involvement in, and makes no warranty regarding, a Partner's content, availability, pricing, or whether a reservation is ultimately completed. Please direct any questions about those matters to the relevant Partner.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any applicable law or public order and morals;
• Provide false information when using the Service;
• Infringe the intellectual property, likeness rights, or privacy of the Company or any third party;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service;
• Engage in any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate.

5. Suspension of the Service

The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice in cases including, but not limited to: system maintenance; force majeure events (earthquake, fire, power outage, etc.); or other circumstances the Company deems to make continued provision of the Service difficult.

6. Disclaimer

1. The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Local Trust Score or any other information provided through the Service.
2. The Company assumes no responsibility for the hospitality, food quality, hygiene management, or any other aspect of the service provided by Listed Restaurants.
3. The Company assumes no responsibility for the content of any Partner or third-party website linked from the Service, or for any transaction (including reservations or payments) a User makes on such a site.
4. Except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a User's use of the Service.

7. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

Users represent and warrant that they are not, and will not in the future become, affiliated with organized crime groups or other antisocial forces.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users when deemed necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon being displayed on the Service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
